Depressing facebook
When your account news feed is full to the max of sympathy notes for a hometown family who just had a tragic accident, it makes you count your blessings, call your momma, and want to go home. Life can be very short and we are not immune to tragedy. Death sucks.

Yesterday's drama
My co teach is taking a vaca so she’s in vaca mode. The grandma that yelled at me last fall called and asked for her daughter to return full time to my class. She started today. I’m stumped on what to read next. A parent in my class is hasseling my co teach. It’s amazing how much someone elses drama can get you down.

New to me
I just filled out 4 seperate two page reference letters with a 500 description of my experiences with one of my four year olds. Getting into private school requires money, applications, references, and interviews. How fascinating! I suppose when the tuition is between 9000-15000 a year you’d do the same to right?

So after nap today, I have a preschooler waiting on another preschooler to come out of the restroom so that she/he can use it. Turns out the one in there is taking forever. Workout Shoes

Snow. Nashville Style
All schools were closed except for mine b/c my school is part childcare. We did close at 4:15. An email was sent out at 4 to come get your kids. My children were permitted to outside while it was snowing for 10 minutes to “experience” it. The roads are fine (interstates). The side roads are slick along with the sidewalks. I have the urge to blog about things that are not appropriate. I have the urge to comment on Facebook status’s and photos. I know that it’s not socially acceptable to say the things that I think out loud so I’ll just keep them to myself, but ooh I really want to blog about it. Hypocrite
I just deleted people from Facebook that I haven’t talked to in forever and I just requested that my ex from high school be my friend of Facebook so that I can see his pictures. I’m awful right?
Lesson Learned
We are still learning even as adults. My lesson that I learned today was that if you are waxing with Minwax check to make sure that you have water, so that you don’t have an ah fuck moment when you want to wash your hands! Huston we currently have a problem and it’s not snow!
Snug as a Bug
Oh why couldn’t it have snowed last night, so that I could be snug as a bug in my bed right now? It’s so stinking cold in our apartment that I’m considering risking my job and plopping back in. It doesn’t help that it’s too cold for Tyler to run so he is sleeping in later. Life is rough.
