A few weeks ago I got released from my Endocrinologist. My PCOS treatment plan does not require monitoring.
My running program varies. The time change has thrown me but I average 3 days a week minimum. I run with barefoot shoes. I absolutely love running in my Merrell Barefoot shoes. Think toes shoes without the toe cut outs. I won’t go back to a heavy sneaker!
I hit a 25 pound weight loss goal today. One one hand super exciting but on the other hand I want to lose 25 more. Maybe with my next baby, I’ll bounce back to my old size 6 weeks after delivery?
Thanks to my baby’s age and new schedule, I get 8 hours of sleep at night . A baby who sleeps through the night is a glorious thing. Baby no. 2 won’t be coming for awhile because I’m enjoying sleeping all night.
